We are developing an eco farm using home made ethanol. We grow sweet sorghum and make sorghum syrup that we mix and ferment into beer for distillation. This is our first year so you can sit around the fire with us and discuss our plans but you will not see much yet except our mill and crop in the field. As time progresses so will our facilities and processes.
